Police respond to Simpson Street weapons call

Paramedics also responded to the Wednesday morning incident.

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay Police swarmed a section of Simpson Street on Wednesday morning, responding to a weapons call.

Paramedics also responded to the incident, which occurred between Miles Street and Victoria Avenue.

Police have not yet said the nature of the weapons call and could not confirm if anyone had been taken to the hospital as a result of the incident.

More information will be added if and when it becomes available.
