The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in locating missing 21 year-old River Bluecoat.
Bluecoat is described as an Indigenous male standing approximately 5' 5" tall with a heavy build, short black hair, brown eyes and last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, dark jeans and black running shoes.
He was last seen in the area of Oliver and Golf Links Roads at approximately 9 p.m. on November 29, 2019.
Anyone with information related to the whereabouts of River Bluecoat is asked to contact the Thunder Bay Police Service.
