Police still seek help identifying persons with Justin Duncan

The city's police have identified one man seen in the video surveillance images.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay police are still looking for missing 23-year-old Justin (Milky) Duncan, and so far they have been able to identify one man shown in the video surveillance.

With assistance from the public, detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Criminal Investigations Branch have identified the male shown in the brown jacket seen in the video surveillance images, but police have not released a name.

Police continue to ask the community for help identifying the other individuals or provide any information regarding the disappearance of Justin Duncan.

Duncan was reported missing on Nov. 24.

He’s described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds, with black hair in an afro-style haircut.

Duncan is known to have associated in Thunder Bay, Ottawa and Toronto.
