The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting public assistance in locating missing person Joseph HUBBARD, 21.
Joseph was last seen on Thursday, Jan. 9 at about 10 p.m. in the 300-block area of North Syndicate Avenue.
Joseph is described as an Indigenous male with a fair complexion standing about 6’1” tall with a thin build. He has long brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a red toque, red sweater, yellow shirt, grey jogging pants and white shoes.
