Police seek public assistance in finding missing man

Thunder Bay police are looking for missing 23-year-old Justin Duncan who disappeared on Nov. 22, 2016.

THUNDER BAY – Thunder Bay police are still looking for missing 23-year-old Justin (Milky) Duncan, who they believe was the victim of foul play.

Police have released surveillance images showing people who were with Duncan just before he disappeared on Nov. 22, 2016 and has set up a Youtube channgel to view the footage.

Duncan was reported missing on Nov. 24.

He’s described as a black male, approximately 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds, with black hair in an afro-style haircut.

Duncan is known to have associated in Thunder Bay, Ottawa and Toronto.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 684-1200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
