Police turn to public for help during murder investigation

Police found the body of 32-year-old Chris Jean near the town of Elk Lake last Thursday. His father-in-law, 55-year-old Dwane Turk of Oliver-Paipoonge, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. 

The two men worked together in the Elk Lake area, and no other details have been released.  

Police are asking members of the public in either Elk Lake or Thunder Bay to contact the OPP or Crime Stoppers with any information they may have about the incident or the two individuals involved.
