THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police have wrapped up their search on the Fort William First Nation for a missing Ottawa man.
Responding to a tip, search teams combed through two different locations on the Reserve Monday, looking for clues in the disappearance of 23-year-old Justin Duncan.
Duncan was last seen on Memorial Avenue on Nov. 21, 2016. Police suspect his disappearance may be the result of foul play.
Police will be conducting more searches in other targeted areas.
