Possible COVID-19 exposure on a Toronto/Thunder Bay flight

THUNDER BAY — Passengers on a Westjet flight from Toronto to Thunder Bay late last month may have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus.

Public health authorities have issued an advisory for passengers on Flight 3219 on July 30.

The advisory is directed specifically to those individuals who were seated in rows 1 to 7.

Affected passengers are advised to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days, isolate immediately if symptoms develop, and contact their local public health agency for guidance.
