THUNDER BAY – The Ontario Progressive Conservatives have their candidate in Thunder Bay-Atikokan.
Brandon Postuma, who until the weekend was in a two-horse race with former federal Conservative hopeful Moe Comuzzi, will be acclaimed on Thursday night.

Comuzzi dropped out over the Easter weekend, clearing the way for Postuma, the long-time riding association president, to take on Liberal incumbent Bill Mauro and NDP nominee Judith Monteith-Farrrell for the Queen’s Park seat.

The 31-year-old Postuma, married with three children, operates the Kakabeka Depot.

The provincial election is June 7.
