A Thunder Bay man facing a series of sex-based charges allegedly involving a minor has a preliminary hearing set for next month.

Donald Neil Miller, 57, is charged with three counts of sexual interference of a child under 14 years.

A preliminary hearing was set Friday at the Ontario Court of Justice for May 6.

The charges are connected to alleged incidents that took place between 1992 and 1996.

Miller was convicted in 2003 on charges resulting from similar allegations.

The victims in both alleged cases attended Round Lake Bible Camp between 1992 and 1998 during the time Miller was affiliated with the camp.

None of the latest charges have been proven in court.
