THUNDER BAY -- There has been another delay in the inquest into the death of an inmate at the Thunder Bay District Jail.
Cody Thompson-Hardy was 19-years-old when he was declared dead at the Regional Health Science Centre after an incident at the District Jail in August of 2011.
The inquiry into the circumstances surrounding his death has been delayed several times due to jury roll issues.
The latest attempt to hear evidence was slated to begin Tuesday.
But Coroner Dr. David Eden says it has been delayed again because unspecified legal issues need to be sorted out before things can get underway.
There is no word on when a new Inquest date might be set.
