GREENSTONE, Ont. – Three people have been arrested and are facing charges for their alleged roles in a robbery last week.
Provincial police received reports of an early morning robbery at a First Street home in Geraldton on July 12.
Police had been searching for two suspects, but have made three arrests. All three of the accused remain in custody.
Delaney Baxter, 25, from Marten Falls First Nation faces the following charges:
- Robbery with a Weapon
- Theft Under $5,000
- Break & Enter - Commit Indictable Offence
- Assault with a Weapon X 3
- Aggravated Assault
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking
- Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge
Brynn Shawayahamish, 20 from Greenstone faces the following charges:
- Robbery with a Weapon
- Theft Under $5,000
- Break & Enter - Commit Indictable Offence
- Assault with a Weapon X 3
- Aggravated Assault
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Domestic Mischief
Kalvin Godin, 27, from Greenstone faces the following charges:
- Robbery with a Weapon
- Theft Under $5,000
- Break & Enter - Commit Indictable Offence
- Assault with a Weapon X 3
- Aggravated Assault
- Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
