THUNDER BAY – A section of Neebing Avenue will be closed as CP Rail conducts work on a major railway crossing.
Neebing Avenue between Gore Street and Rosslyn Road will be completely closed starting on Monday. Traffic will be diverted to either Highway 61 or the James Street underpass while crews carry out a full crossing replacement along the mainline track.
The area will be reopened Friday afternoon.
