SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. -- Tiffany Reynolds doesn't like to lose.

A night after her Lakehead Thunderwolves battled back from 10 points down, only to lose to a previously winless Algoma Thunderbirds squad in overtime, the senior guard poured in 26 points on Saturday night to lead her side to a much-needed 61-46 triumph.

Rookie Eva Guilera lived up to her freshman hype, scoring 12 and hauling in a dozen rebounds in the win, upping the shorthanded Thunderwolves record to 2-10.

Lakehead only played seven players.

Lakehead will host Windsor on Friday and Saturday night.
