THUNDER BAY — A secondary highway southwest of Thunder Bay has been closed because of a washout.
According to Ontario 511, Highway 593 is blocked in both directions north of the intersection with Pardee Road.
The closure was first reported early Sunday afternoon.
There was no immediate word on how long it will take to make repairs to the road, which connects Highway 61 and Highway 588.
