THUNDER BAY -- Rural schools have been closed and rural school buses have been cancelled.
Student Transportation Service of Thunder Bay announced the cancellation Tuesday morning in a release, citing poor weather and road conditions.
With the transportation cancellation comes the closure of the following public schools:
- Crestview
- Gorham and Ware
- Kakabeka Falls
- McKenzie
- Whitefish Valley
- Valley Central
Nor’Wester View and Five Mile Public School remains open with school buses cancelled.
