THUNDER BAY -- The Salvation Army and Valhalla Inn are teaming up to help anyone feeling lonely or hungry.
The 24th Annual Salvation Army Christmas Dinner is happening this Sunday.
Major Lori Mitchell says anyone who feels lonely during the holidays is invited.
“It’s basically open to anybody in the community who would not be able to have a nice Christmas dinner or who finds themselves alone at Christmas,” Mitchell said.
An expected 350 people will enjoy a turkey supper prepared and served by Valhalla staff on a volunteer basis.
