THUNDER BAY – Police have four men in custody on drug-related offences following an execution of two search warrants at two north-side apartments.
Police, in a release issued on Monday, say two search warrants were executed simultaneously in two apartments on the 100 block of South Court Street Thursday around 8:30 p.m.
Officers seized $57,000 in cash along with cocaine, crack cocaine with a street value around $15,000 and $600 worth of percocets.
They also seized an imitation handgun and ammunition.
Twenty-one-year-old Thunder Bay man Abdul Wahab Sheikh, 24-year-old North York man Bernard Owereko-Ampomah, 24-year-old Thunder Bay man Jaymz Keir Hancock and 35-year-old Thunder Bay man Christoper Manning are all facing drug-related charges.
All have appeared in court and were remanded into custody.
