Three suspects charged in the murder of a Thunder Bay man have begun their preliminary hearing.
Nicholas Webber, Sheldon Wabason and Christopher Hawk each face second-degree murder charges, after allegedly robbing a home on Minnesota Street and assaulting 54-year-old Robert Topping.
Topping later died from the injuries he sustained in the alleged assault.
The three men are also charged with break and enter.
Their preliminary hearing is expected to last all week.
