Second suspect arrested in Chiodo homicide

Marshall Hardy-Fox turned himself in to police Sunday evening and was charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping; police issue Canada-wide warrant for third suspect, Musab Khamis Saboon.

THUNDER BAY - A second suspect has been arrested in connection to the death of Lee Chiodo. 

Marshall Hardy-Fox, 27, of Thunder Bay turned himself into police Sunday evening after police released that he was wanted for first-degree murder and kidnapping earlier that afternoon.

David Hui, 47, also of Thunder Bay, was arrested Saturday evening and charged with first-degree murder and kidnapping.

A third suspect, 27-year-old Musab Khamis Saboon of Kitchener, Ont., remains at large and a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for his arrest on charges of first-degree murder and kidnapping.

The body of 40-year-old Lee Chiodo was discovered near 108th Avenue on Mission Island Sunday Feb. 24 by a passerby. The death was ruled a homicide by police.

Police are advising the public not to approach or confront Saboon and if spotted to call 911.

Hardy-Fox made a court appearance on Monday and was remanded into custody.

The investigation into the death of Chiodo continues.
