THUNDER BAY – Starting Monday a section of Balmoral Street, located between John Street and Oliver Road, will be closed to through traffic for about three weeks for storm sewer construction.
Local traffic will be allowed at each end of the construction site.
Motorists are asked to use extra caution and to obey all posted signage.
