THUNDER BAY – The City of Thunder Bay says a section of Golf Links Road will be closed on Thursday for water-main work.

The work will take place at the Riviera Drive intersection.

It’s expected the work will take up to two days to complete, pending weather conditions.

Local traffic will have access to the area, but other motorists are asked to find alternate routes to their destination.

Signage will be in place at the intersection of Golf Links Road and John Street, as well as at the Oliver Road intersection.

Pedestrian access will not be impacted by the closure.
