THUNDER BAY -- City police arrested several people after early morning reports of gunfire at a Neebing Avenue home Wednesday.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 900 block of Neebing Avenue just after 1:30 a.m.
Officers arrived at the scene and eventually detained an unspecified number of people leaving the home.
The emergency task unit was deployed and found three people inside the home along with numerous firearms.
An unspecified number of people were transported to the Balmoral Police Station following the incident.
Police say the criminal investigation unit is continuing its investigation.
