Sex assault case against local man delayed

A court decision involving a Thunder Bay man accused of numerous sexual assaults against young boys over the past 30 years has been delayed. Four of 10 charges against Jeff Paxton, 46, were expected to be heard Monday.

A court decision involving a Thunder Bay man accused of numerous sexual assaults against young boys over the past 30 years has been delayed. 

Four of 10 charges against Jeff Paxton, 46, were expected to be heard Monday. But the Crown Attorney's office says the court proceedings have been moved to Friday. 

Paxton faces multiple counts of gross indecency, sexual assault, and invitation to sexual touching.
