The sexual assault case against a Thunder Bay man will go to trial.
Jeff Paxton, 46, of Thunder Bay stands charged for numerous incidents that allegedly involve young boys between 1983 and 2004.
Justice Frank Valente reasoned that there is sufficient evidence for a the suspect to stand trial.
Additional charges against Paxton, laid last month, were also addressed and the accused waived his right to a preliminary inquiry, meaning the matters will proceed to trial at Superior Court.
A bail hearing for Paxton is scheduled for Thursday morning.
