DRYDEN, Ont. – OPP have arrested and charged a 65-year-old man following a sexual assault complaint.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a sexual assault complaint on Tuesday in Dryden.
The following day, Walter Hastings, 65, of Dryden was arrested and charged with sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age and sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sioux Lookout on Sept. 6 to answer to the charges. None of the allegations have been proven in court.
