THUNDER BAY — Ontario Provincial Police have charged a Thunder Bay man with multiple offences in connection with an incident in Shuniah two years ago.
Jordan Agostino, 25, was arrested Friday after a lengthy investigation into a September 2018 incident that saw a man robbed at his residence.
Agostino is charged with:
- robbery
- pointing a firearm
- careless use of a firearm
- possession of a loaded firearm
- unauthorized possession of a restricted/prohibited firearm
- wearing a disguise with intent
- uttering threats
The accused was remanded into custody after a court appearance, and remains in custody at the Thunder Bay District Jail pending his next court date.
