THUNDER BAY -- Lakehead University is cancelling exams and classes scheduled for Thursday night as the city continues to be battered by a snowstorm.
The university issued an advisory late Thursday afternoon announcing the cancellation at its Thunder Bay campus, citing "extreme inclement weather and poor driving conditions."
The statement did not include an update on whether the university will operate as normal on Friday.
