Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement has been issued for Thunder Bay.

THUNDER BAY – Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement has been issued for Thunder Bay.

The weather service said a mix of snow and ice pellets will continue Thursday evening with an additional five centimetres of snow by Friday morning.

The snow will develop into light and more intermittent on Friday as the low-pressure system heads northward from Lake Superior to Hudson Bay.
