Spring forward: Late for work? Blame the clocks

Thunder Bay residents will be getting one hour less of sleep this morning. The clocks rolled forward one hour for Daylight Savings Time official at 2 a.m. Sunday.

Thunder Bay residents will be getting one hour less of sleep this morning.

The clocks rolled forward one hour for Daylight Savings Time official at 2 a.m. Sunday. This change will mean that there will be more sunlight during the day with the sun rising around 7 a.m. and setting around 7 p.m.

The clock adjustment goes across Canada except for some parts in Saskatchewan and British Columbia.
