The man accused of stabbing multiple people at the Andras Court apartment complex back in October will not be facing any criminal charges.
Eli John, 29, was originally facing several charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, resisting a police officer and theft over $5,000.
A judge ordered John to undergo a 30-day mental health assessment.
Following that assessment, the courts decided that John was not criminally responsible for his actions.
Lawyer George Joseph says the Ontario Review Board will be taking over the case.
