THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has declared a gastrointestinal outbreak at the Chartwell Glacier Ridge retirement residence in Thunder Bay.
The declaration affects the entire facility.
Admissions, transfers, discharges and social activities at the Jasper Drive complex are cancelled until further notice.
Visitors are restricted to family members and caregivers only.
