THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Transit service has been suspended due to stormy weather.

In a post to its Facebook page, Transit officials said buses were no longer able to adhere to the published schedule due to poor road conditions, leading to the decision to end service for all conventional buses for the remainder of Monday evening.

Service is expected to return on Tuesday morning, once the roads are plowed.
