Street sweepers are already out cleaning up the mess left behind by this winter’s snow.
City of Thunder bay roads manager Brad Adams said they're a full four weeks ahead of schedule, and they're taking advantage of the warm weather to get the clean-up done as early as possible.
And while the temperature has been on the positive side for quite a few days, Adams is not ruling out the possibility of more snow headed our way.
Adams added that the street sweeping is usually completed by July 1. This year it could be done earlier than that, although that is dependent on the weather.
