Contract talks have been scheduled for next week in hopes of averting another strike at Thunder Bay's Bombardier plant.
Members of the Canadian Office and Professional Employees Union have threatened to walk off the job on Nov. 19 if a deal isn't reached.
The union represents 138 office staff, engineers and technicians at the facility.
In August, hundreds of CAW union members at the plant went on strike, but reached a tentative deal just a few days after they walked off the job.
