THUNDER BAY -- A student from Westgate Collegiate and Vocational Institute was sent to hospital with unknown injuries after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in the 700 block of James Street.
Thunder Bay Police, in a release, said the incident occurred at about 3:30 p.m.
Police said their traffic unit is investigating the collision, but did not release further details.
