THUNDER BAY — OPP pulled over a vehicle driving 60 kilometres-an-hour above the speed limit and have charged them with stunt driving.

While conducting radar enforcement on Tuesday evening, a Thunder Bay OPP officer stopped a driver after they were clocked going 150 kilometres an hour in a 90 kilometre zone in Shuniah on Highway 11/17.

Because of the excessive speed, the driver's licence of the 35-year-old Winnipeg man was immediately suspended for 30 days, and the vehicle was impounded for 14 days.

After being charged with stunt driving, the driver was released from custody and has a future court date.
