Supervised outdoor rinks are open Monday afternoon and evening

THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay says all its supervised outdoor rinks are open for skating for Family Day.

These rinks are staffed, and all have warming huts.

The city says they'll be open from 1 pm to 9 pm Monday.

Locations include:

  • North End Community Centre
  • Oliver Road Community Centre
  • Waddington Park
  • West End Park
  • Brent Park
  • Carrick Park
  • West Thunder Community Centre
  • Tarbutt Park
  • Frank Charry Park
  • Wayland Park
  • James Street Playfield
  • South Neebing Community Centre

The skating rink at Prince Arthur's Landing is also open from 12 noon to 9 pm.
