Thunder Bay Police have arrested a man wanted for questioning in a recent alleged kidnapping and assault incident at a Cumberland Street motel.
Emillio Bisignano was taken into custody overnight without incident at a south-side residence. He will appear in court on Friday, facing charges of kidnapping and aggravated assault.
A 45-year-old man made the allegations after an incident on Jan. 22. Three other suspects have already been arrested in the case.
