A suspected convenience-store robber turned himself in to police Monday.
Thunder Bay Police Service officials say a man entered a Mac’s Mart store on May at Dease Streets around 4 a.m. Monday. The suspect, wielding a large knife and wearing a mask, robbed the store.
The suspect only took cigarettes.
Police officers reviewed store video and believed they knew who the suspect was.
The 23-year-old suspect turned himself in around 6:30 p.m. Monday.
