Police say two deaths ruled suspicious

Thunder Bay Police continue to hold the scene at a Carl Avenue residence.

THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay Police are investigating what they are calling a suspicious death at 248 Carl Avenue.

Police say two deceased people were found in the residence and the scene is being held for investigation. Post-mortems , scheduled for Toronto, are pending, according to a release issued by police on Sunday afternoon.

The police and the coroners office are working together to determine the direction of this investigation.

The investigation is ongoing.Police will attempt to provide more updates when next-of-kin have been notified.
