Swimming advisory strikes Chippewa Park

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has imposed a swimming advisory on Chippewa Park's Main beach. Water quality tests indicate higher than acceptable E. coli bacteria levels.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has imposed a swimming advisory on Chippewa Park's Main beach.

Water quality tests indicate higher than acceptable E. coli bacteria levels. Swimming advisories are still in place for the Main, Sunnyside, and Sandycove beaches at Boulevard Lake.

The Poplar Lodge beach in Beardmore is also under a similar swimming advisory.
