TBDHU reports seven new COVID cases, three now in hospital

THUNDER BAY — The Thunder Bay district now has 78 active cases of COVID-19, including three involving patients who are hospitalized.

Two of the patients are currently in the intensive care unit of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit this morning announced a total of seven new cases, all in the city or immediate surrounding area.

It said all cases are the result of close contact with an infected person.

The dates when the new cases first came to light range from Nov. 16 to Nov. 20.
