Terrace Bay OPP arrest suspected armed robbers

Police in Terrace Bay made a quick arrest following a weekend armed robbery in that community. Officials with the OPP say the arrest followed the theft of cash from an employee of the Imperial Bar and Motel around 11 p.m. Saturday.

Police in Terrace Bay made a quick arrest following a weekend armed robbery in that community.

Officials with the OPP say the arrest followed the theft of cash from an employee of the Imperial Bar and Motel around 11 p.m. Saturday.

Soon after, officers stopped a vehicle that was being driven between Terrace Bay and Schreiber. Officers took two Quebec men into custody as a result of that traffic stop.

The two suspects now face a long list of theft, weapons and drug related charges.
