Thieves commit lumber heist

Four men broke into a mill and stole lumber near Sioux Lookout on Saturday.

SIOUX LOOKOUT, Ont. -- Provincial police from Sioux Lookout are searching for four male suspects who broke into a lumber mill on Saturday.

Police say multiple bundles of two-by-four-inch lumber were stolen between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.

The mill is located in Hudson, west of Sioux Lookout.

The OPP is requesting anyone with information about the incident to call Sioux Lookout Detachment at 807-737-2020 or 1-888-310-1122.

Police also advise that anyone who wished to remain anonymous can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
