Thieves target Dryden Sunset Drive-In

Dryden OPP are investigating a series of break-ins at a local Drive-In at Wainwright Township.

DRYDEN, Ont. - A series of break and enters in the Dryden area has the Ontario Provincial Police looking to the public for information.

According to a Dryden OPP media release, officers with the Dryden detachment are investigating a series of break and enter at the Sunset Drive-In in Wainwright Township.

Police say over the last two months, a person or persons entered several buildings at the Drive-In. Several items were stolen, including a clarinet and two VCRs. Additional smaller items were also stolen and the buildings were vandalized and sustained some damage.

Police are asking anyone with information on the break and enters to call Dryden OPP at 1-88-310-1122 or 807-937-5577. Anyone wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Police are offering a cash reward of up to $2,000.
