Thunder Bay Police Service Media Release
On the 20th of October 2015 at approximately 11:15 A:M Drug Unit Detectives with the Thunder Bay Police Service with assistance from the Emergency Task Unit executed a CDSA search warrant at North Side residence.
A significant amount of both crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana, hydro morph and percocet pills were seized. The street value of these drugs is $23,930.00 along with this $7,570.00 in cash was seized along with a taser.
A 31-year-old Ottawa woman is charged with Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking Cocaine and Breach of Probation.
A 29-year-old Ottawa man is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00, Possession for the purpose of trafficking x2, Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine, Unauthorized possession of a weapon, Possession of firearm/Ammo contrary to a prohibition order x 2, Possession of Marijuana and Breach of Probation.
A 45-year-old Thunder Bay man is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00, Possession for the purpose of trafficking x 2, Possession for the purpose of trafficking-Cocaine, Possession of Marihuana, Unauthorized possession of a weapon.
All three have been remanded and will be appearing at Court on the 22nd of October 2015.
