Three incumbents leading in at-large race

Online votes show incumbents are leading in three out of the five at-large seats, with newcomer, Peng You well ahead with more than 13,000 votes.

Election Day is Oct. 22 in this year's municipal election.

THUNDER BAY - Online voting results released show Peng You has received 20,346 votes so far, 5,601 votes more than the second place candidate, Aldo Ruberto, who has 14,745 votes.

All other candidates leading the at-large race are incumbents or have experience on Thunder Bay City Council.

Online results so far show Trevor Giertuga is in third, with 11,718 votes, Rebecca Johnson with 11,692, and Mark Bentz with 11,074.

Larry Hebert, another incumbent is currently in sixth place out of the five at-large seats available with 8,807 votes.
