City police have three young men in custody following an investigation into several break-ins.
Officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service made the arrest Sunday after tracking down a stolen mobile phone.
The investigation led those officers to a stolen vehicle, which police believe was being used in the commission of the crimes.
Police say the suspects were using the stolen vehicle to drive around the city. During the joyride, the suspects allegedly broke-in to a number of homes.
The three suspects were expected to appear in court Monday.
