THUNDER BAY — A new millionaire will be made on Friday.
The Thunder Bay 50/50 draw jackpot is soaring toward $1.4 million, with ticket sales scheduled to close at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday.
It's the third largest grand prize in the Thunder Bay 50/50's 26-month history, which benefits the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation.
Tickets, which must be purchased in Ontario, are available at www.thunderbay5050.ca.
